The Retention X-Tension is compatible with a wide range of gun models and sizes.  There are 4 independent adjustments that can be made when mounting the unit onto the holster.  The maximum height from the center of the front screw on the holsters belt clip, to the top of the guns rear slide cannot be more then 65cm.  

Any guns that have mounted optics, large grip flares or hammers are not compatible.

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.  To start a refund request, you can contact us at info@civtacsystems.com and our support team will take care of you.

Yes.  We guarantee our products for 1 year from the date of purchase to be free of material and/or workmanship defects.  No packaging or receipt required to recieve a replacement unit.  A replacement Retention X-Tension will be sent out once the defective unit has been received and approved for replacement.  Abuse of the product or any abnormal ware or damage will not be covered under the warranty policy. 

No.  It requires the standard 2 screw IWB belt clip to mount to the holster.
